Are you passionate about making a positive difference in the world and eager to take action?
Apply to the Clinton Global Initiative University (CGI U) program that supports college students just like
you who have committed themselves to tackle the world’s most pressing challenges.
Students who apply and are accepted receive relevant and engaging social impact training,
mentorship, funding from UW-Madison to develop their ideas, and opportunities to cultivate a global
network of emerging – and established – leaders addressing environmental issues, human rights, economic justice, and public health matters around the world. The application requires a “Commitment to Action:” a new, specific, and measurable initiative that addresses an issue on campus, in the community, or in the world. Commitments may be at any stage from an idea to a proven solution ready to scale.
